Who We Are

StudyTracker is an independently operated UK study-tracking platform, available free at studytracker.co.uk.

What Data We Collect

We collect your email address and study data, including tasks, subjects, durations, notes, past paper attempts, and exam timetable preferences. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we may also receive basic account information they provide, such as your name, profile picture, and provider account identifier. We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password.

Why We Collect It

Your email address is used only to create and manage your account, including sign-in, email confirmation, and password reset. Basic profile information from Google or Microsoft is used to identify and display your signed-in account. Study data is used to provide your tracking, history, exam countdown, past paper, and sync features.

Who We Share It With

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage. If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, that provider also processes the sign-in and provides the account details needed by Supabase to authenticate you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

How Long We Keep It

Data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a valid deletion request.

Your Rights

UK GDPR rights apply. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@studytracker.co.uk.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. StudyTracker uses localStorage for app preferences, local app state, and authentication sessions. Google, Microsoft, and Supabase may use necessary cookies or similar storage during sign-in under their own policies.
